The
NSSA is committed to ensuring that its members have
timely access to news and information on key industry
issues. Members immediately gain access to the exclusive
members’ only section of their web site where
they can download newsletters, meeting minutes, technical
standards, training notes, procedure documents, standard
forms and promotional materials.

meetings and training sessions offer members the
opportunity to mix with colleges to discuss industry
matters, undertake training and participate in promoting
our association.

association will keep you abreast of these and other

The NSSA’s association
with the Gateway TAFE campus allows members to participate
within and receive feedback from a leading security
industry training centre. Members are invited to participate
in the formation of the nations first security screen
industry apprenticeship |

Members are welcome
to visit the Gateway TAFE to perform Door Type Testing
using our Test Rig before seeking Australian Standards
Accreditation, at very little expense. Educators and
students incorporate these industry visits within their
syllabus, holding them in high regard as hands on learning
experiences. |

The NSSA has negotiated
scrap metal price agreement on behalf of members. This
agreement benefits both members and the association,
as it saves members negotiating a scrap price each
week, while the NSSA receives a further commission
based upon total tonnage. The agreement is based the
average monthly LME pricing. |
 |
Members are permitted
to display the NASA logo in their promotional materials,
which sends a strong message of good business practice
to prospective clients, helping to differentiate your
business from non- member businesses. |
