- To provide the membership with a single industry voice on
issues relating to government regulations, the insurance industry,
the development of Australian Standards, education and training
requirements and our communications to the media.
- To provide national leadership in the promotion of higher
standards and codes of practice with regards to product certification
and labeling. To ensure the public is informed of operators
whom may engage is misleading and deceptive product advertising.
- To ensure our national membership participates in the development
of Australian Standards affecting our industry, and to provide
an independent measure of product quality to consumers through
our quality assurance and product certification programs.
- To provide members with access to all NSSA communications
via the download services on our web site, at any place or
time. These range from public press releases and general correspondence
to training documentation and promotional materials.
- To act as a single entity to provide the
most cost effective manner in which to develop, communicate
and deploy national standards, certifications and practices
throughout the association.
