New NSSA Applications:
Once your application is approved by the NSSA, you will receive an email to log into your Member Account and make payment for your Membership. The annual fees are:
Installer/Sales Membership $660 (GST inclusive)
Manufacturer/ Supplier/ System Owner $780 (GST inclusive)
- Membership Period: The NSSA Membership is based on a financial year, from 1st July to 30th June of the following year.
- Payment Options: Members have the flexibility to choose between two payment options:
- Monthly Subscription: Member can opt for the easy to set up automated monthly payments.
- Annual Payment: Members can choose to pay for the entire year in a one off payment.
- Join Anytime: Prospective members can join the NSSA at any time throughout the financial year. Regardless of the time joining, membership fees are charged at pro-rata rates. This means that the fee is adjusted according to the portion of the financial year remaining at the time of joining.
- Payment Schedule: For monthly subscription members, payments are due on the same date each month. For annual payment members, the entire fee is due upon joining, and subsequently will receive a renewal notice on 1st of July.
- Cancellation: Members have the right to cancel their membership during the renewal period (1 – 30 July) and must be done in written form to the NSSA. Membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of the payment option chosen.
- Notification: The NSSA will notify members in advance of renewal dates and any changes to the payment structure or fees.
