Payment Options:

Annual Membership paid via monthly instalments: Membership fees paid via automatic monthly instalments across the annual membership period. Note: This is an annual membership commitment and not a month-to-month subscription.
Annual Payment – via one-time annual payment: Pay your membership in one upfront payment for the full membership year.
Join Anytime: Membership operates on a financial year. Members joining throughout the year selecting a one-time annual payment option will be charged on a pro-rata basis. The membership fee will automatically adjust accordingly at the time of application.

Membership Renewal: The NSSA will notify members in advance of impending membership renewal dates and any changes to membership fees or payment structure. Membership renewal takes place from 1-30 June each year and is an online renewal process.
Membership allocation per ABN: Membership is allocated per ABN. Businesses operating under separate ABNs are required to hold separate memberships. If you wish to use your membership across multiple business names operating under the same ABN, all business names must be registered with ASIC, disclosed to the NSSA, must meet membership criteria, and approved in writing.
Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership during the membership renewal period (1 – 30 June) by providing written notice to the NSSA - membership@nssa.org.au. Membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of the payment option chosen.

All membership applications must meet the eligibility standards approved by the NSSA Board of Directors.
