WHO IS THE NSSA?
The NSSA is the peak not-for-profit, national industry body representing well over 200 members in the security screen industry, including security screen manufacturers, installers and their suppliers.
We aim to provide services to our members that improve their business and help them deliver and promote quality compliant products.
The NSSA advocates the Australian Standards and regulations that relate to the security screen industry. We promote compliant and fit for purpose products and installation as well as ethical trading practices to establish and maintain consumer confidence.
We aim to provide services to our members that improve their businesses and help them deliver quality products to their customers by:

Informing members of technical developments and improvements in relation to installation and products.

Informing members of changes to regulatory requirements in the industry.

Lobbying and advocating on behalf of members to government bodies and key stakeholders in the industry in relation to compliance, regulatory, safety, manufacturing and accreditation issues.

Operating a national third party certified accreditation scheme to accredit members who meet Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.

Undertaking any other activities in furtherance of the above.
